Shared information keeps the experience familiar. Separate settings let each app fit its own purpose and the child's needs in that moment.
Separate app settings
Tell, Discover, Ready, Money, Time and Calm keep controls that make sense for their own job. Sharing a Profile does not force one fixed experience.
Local-first child use
Child-facing activity should keep working with as little network dependence as practical. Tell recordings remain on the device.
Future account principle
One parent account. One source of truth for access.
When accounts and subscriptions are introduced in a later phase, the website, Parent Hub and downloadable apps should recognise the same family entitlement. Separate account systems will not be built for separate apps.
No account, subscription or payment system is live in Phase 1.
What the parent can support
Personalisation without hidden surveillance.
Parents and carers can set up familiar content and practical preferences. That does not give them a secret view into every choice the child considered and left behind.
